Shipping
- Orders typically ship within 1 - 5 business days of order date.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed between 12/3/20 and 12/15/20 will ship out on 12/16.
- All orders will be shipped from Johnson City, TN (37604).
- As of now, only orders from the US and Canada are processed through our website. Please contact me at hello@bonniekayestudio.com if you would like to place an international shipping request.
- We ship through the USPS system. If you select, First Class Mail, your item is not insured. If you select, Priority Mail, your item receives automatic insurance up to $50 through the USPS. If your package is not delivered and goes missing, please contact your local USPS office to track down your package or to fill out a claim. Unfortunately, once your package arrives to a USPS facility, it is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
Exchange / Store Credit
You deserve to be in love with your Bonnie Kaye Studio purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order (with record of your purchase) and we will work with you personally on an exchange or store credit. The item must be un-used and in its original packaging. You must first return the item(s) to us before we can issue an exchange. We do not cover return shipping charges. Full refunds are not offered at this time.
All face masks + items sold as "sale" items are FINAL.
Custom Orders
We are happy to work with you on a custom order! If you are planning for a special event and need multiples of an item that you see on our website, please contact us to find out about our volume discount. We can also print our patterns in any color that you see on our website. All inquiries can be made to hello@bonniekayestudio.com.
Unfortunately, we are not doing custom patterns at this time.
No refunds or exchanges are available for custom orders.
