Exchange / Store Credit
You deserve to be in love with your Bonnie Kaye Studio purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order (with record of your purchase) and we will work with you personally on an exchange or store credit. The item must be un-used and in its original packaging. You must first return the item(s) to us before we can issue an exchange. We do not cover return shipping charges. Full refunds are not offered at this time.
All face masks + items sold as "sale" items are FINAL.
We are happy to work with you on a custom order! If you are planning for a special event and need multiples of an item that you see on our website, please contact us to find out about our volume discount. We can also print our patterns in any color that you see on our website. All inquiries can be made to email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we are not doing custom patterns at this time.
No refunds or exchanges are available for custom orders.
